WHAT IS CROSSFIT?
In its most absolute sense, CrossFit is defined as constantly varied functional movements executed at a high intensity. It encompasses the following ten fitness domains: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. CrossFit lays the framework for achieving comprehensive physical fitness and is designed to be broad, general, and inclusive. The CrossFit model is intended to be scalable, and therefore suitable for individuals in any age range or level of fitness. Its purpose is to challenge individuals both mentally and physically, and to help them reach unimaginable goals, both in and out of the box.
