Alternating Kettlebell Lunge Throughs x 40 sec
Alternating Kettlebell Squat Kicks x 40 sec
Alternating Kettlebell Get Up Sit Ups x 40 sec
B)
In teams of 3 or 4, complete 10 Rounds for time of:
Station 1: Overhead Squat x 7 (95/65 lbs)
Station 2: Calories on Bike x 7
Station 3: Abmat Sit-ups x 14
Station 4: Rest *20 minute Cap *partners cannot move forward until all team members complete their movements.
