In teams of 3 or 4, complete 8 rounds (each) for time of:
Station 1: Calorie Row x 12/10
Station 2: Hand release Pushups x 12
Station 3: Deadlift x 12 (135/95 lbs)
Station 4: Rest (Partners work at the same time, cannot advance to the next station until all members have competed their stations)
