Power Snatch *Set 1 – 5 reps @ 50% of 1-RM
*Set 2 – 5 reps @ 55-60%
*Set 3 – 3 reps @ 65-70%
*Set 4-8 – 2 reps @ 75%
“Burn”
Every 4 minutes for 4 Rounds:
Med Ball Cluster x 20
Slam Balls x 20
Med Ball V-Up x 20
B)
“Build”
In teams of 2, alternate movements to complete AMRAP22 of:
Overhead Squat x 5 (115/75 lbs)
Bar Muscle Up x 3
Cal Bike x 10/8 “Burn”
In teams of 2, alternate movements to complete AMRAP22 of:
KB Squat Snatch x 8/8 (20/12 kg)
Pull-ups x 8
