Every 3 minutes for 6 Rounds:
Goblet Squat x 12
Hanging Medicine Ball Hamstring Curls x 12-16
Calorie Bike x 12
For time:
75 Hang Cleans (115/75)
*every time you break, complete:
10 Burpee over Barbell “Conditioning”
150 Med Ball Power Clean + Press *every time ball rests, complete:
10 Burpees
