A)
“Strength”
Every 2 minutes for 7 rounds:
Power Snatch x 1.1.1
(10 seconds between each rep)
“Conditioning”
Every 2 minutes for 7 rounds:
Slam Ball x 10
Med Ball Goblet Squat x 10
Med Ball Candlestick x 5
B)
In teams of 2, alternate rounds to complete 5 rounds each for time of:
50 Double Unders
10 Squat Snatches (95/65)
*scale reps and weight to complete each round under 2 minutes *Conditioning: substitute Barbell Snatches with KB Squat Snatches, 5 on each arm (20/12kg)
