Every 2 minutes for 7 rounds:
Power Snatch x 1.1.1
(10 seconds between each rep)
B)
In teams of 2, alternate rounds to complete 5 rounds each for time of:
50 Double Unders *scale reps and weight if necessary, goal is to complete each round in under 2 minutes.
