*every round completed increases the time and reps by 1. Basically completing a round buys you a minute and adds a rep to each movement. In the 3rd round, you will try to complete 3 reps of all four movements before the 3 minute mark. If completed, you now have until the 4 minute mark to complete 4 reps of each movement.
