Station 2: USA KBS x 20 (24/16kg)

Station 3: Mountain Climbers x 24

Station 4: Rest

(Teams of 3 or 4, one athlete at each station. Move on to the next station once all members of the team have completed their movements. Each team member must complete 7 rounds of each station.)
