1 Romanian Deadlift + 1 Bent over Row

B)

5 Rounds for time (5 minute cap):

10 Shoulder to Overhead (115/75)

10 Hand Release Push-ups

*rest 5 minutes

4 Rounds for time:

8 HSPU

8 Overhead Stationary Lunges (95/65)
