Snatch Grip Deadlift x 1

Snatch High Pull x 1

Hang Snatch x 1

*Add weight every 3 rounds if possible. Focus on keeping the bar close to the body.

B)

2 Rounds for time:

800 meter Run

20 Hand release push-Ups

20 Power Snatches (115/85)
