Take 6-8 minutes to build up to 75% of 3 rep max Front Squat

followed by,

4 Sets

Front Squat x 3

*rest 2 minutes



Double Unders x 32

Single Arm KB Push Press x 16 (24/16)

Single Arm KB Overhead Walking Lunges x 16

*8 reps on each arm for both the Push Press and Lunges.
