Every 90 seconds for 10 rounds:

1. Rope Climb x 2 

2. Strict Toes to Bar x 4

B)

AMRAP10

1 Hang Clean (75/55) 

1 Front Squat

1 Shoulder to Overhead 

1 Back Squat 

1 Behind the neck Press 

*all that equals 1 rep

*rest the bar at any point, either on the ground or anywhere on your body and receive a mandatory 5 Burpee penalty.
